Bold in Espadrilles

Bright colors can be intimidating until you find the right color that looks good with your skin tone. I have never been a fan of orange but there is something about this burn orange color that I really love. As far as color goes I have always worn shades of olive green, I knew I liked the color and it wasn't too bright. This is the only orange shirt I own but whenever I wear it I am complimented on it so I am thinking this may be my new color. I will be looking for more orange clothes this summer.
It's not the west coast but I do appreciate that Memphis can grow wisteria even if there aren't as many blooms.

One of my favorite thing about these shoes is how colorful they are. They can be worn with any color in my closet.

The Breakdown:

This outfit was put together around the shoes because they are new! I love a good espadrille in the summer. My first pair of espadrilles were black because the style was new for me and neutral color would be easier to wear. Thinking neutral went out the window for this pair, I am ready to be bold! Since the shoes have so many different colors in them I knew any shirt in my closet would match. I went with this orange tee since the shoes only have a tiny bit of orange in them, I didn't want it to seem like I was trying to match them too much. Plus this tee still fit so that was exciting. This shirt is LNA, they have the coolest basic clothes, each piece has an extra edge to an otherwise simple design. This white fringe bag already had my things in it from the day before so I decided to keep wearing it. Keep in mind the material of the bag if you are buying a white bag. Make sure you are able to wipe it clean. My necklace, bracelet and earrings are from Rocksbox. I like to wear my Rocksbox pieces as much as possible before I send them back for new pieces.
