Hanging with the Bradford Pear Trees

The Bradford pear trees along Poplar are just stunning. Some people hate them because they have an odd smell but they are really pretty when in bloom and all lined up. I have been taking the long way while driving so I can past these trees, I knew I wanted to take pictures here during my first drive by! We had a bad storm a few days ago and I was worried all the petals would have blown off but they didn’t!
I am wearing this outfit to the Memphis Grizzlies game tonight. I did wear this olive jacket not too long ago in Phoenix but since no one here saw me in it I can wear it again. Next time I wear it I’ll try and wait at least a few weeks :)

The Breakdown:
I mentioned in this post that I wanted to wear this jacket with boyfriend jeans and heels. These white boyfriends were actually the ones I originally tried on with the jacket but I felt it needed heels. I did have on nude flip flops to run outside real quick and it looked pretty good too, casual yet chic. This top is new and from a line I had never purchased from. It is called Etcetera. Have any of you heard of it? If you haven’t but want to know more I know the perfect contact here in Memphis. People sell it out of their homes, there are 4 collections a year, one for each season. This black top is from the spring line. I love the cotton and silk contrast and it has slits on side too. I thought these shoes just tied everything together and now that it is warm out I can expose my toes!
